Today we released Komodo 4.2.1 with a number of important bug fixes.

Primarily this fixes a crash bug on Linux (bug 73165) and a problem with entering text in non-ASCII character sets on some recent Linux distros (bug 71664). However, there are a number of good fixes for all platforms. See the Release Notes for full details.

Note: If you use the auto-update you will get a warning that the "Perl Dev Kit" and "Komodo DOM Viewer" extensions will not work with the new Komodo version. This is a false warning (bug 73251) that you can ignore -- those extensions will continue to work.
