updating of extensions not working

hi

it seems that the update of extensions is not working in the Extension Manager. since i have installed SQLite Manager (http://code.google.com/p/sqlite-manager/) there have been many new releases, but Komodo IDE refuses to recognise them. so, instead of being automatically updated (like Firefox does) i need to go to the project web page (not the mozilla add-ons page) and download and install it manually. installation via the browser preview does not work, either.

thanks
André

I don't have any problems with other extensions getting updated, so there is likely something particular regarding the SQLite Manager extension. Anyway, I've logged a bug on this here:

Cheers,

I do not get the edit facility on my extension (SQLite Manager) anymore.

Mrinal, it's likely a side-affect of the Komodo community site switching to a new "single sign on" authentication model (shared logins between bugzilla, community site, ...).

Try logging out as "mkt" and re-login with your "mrinal.kant" username.

Login needs email. As for mkt it is the username which I have set under the account settings. When I try to change it to mrinal.kant, I get the following message:
The name mrinal.kant is already taken.

I am clueless about what to do next.

Try "Log Out", it should be listed as a menu option on the left nav panel. Then after logging out, login with username "mrinal.kant".

yes, i logged out. Went for login. The form asks for email and password. Supplying mrinal.kant in email field tells me to furnish a valid email address. When I do that, I am logged in as now.
In fact, I do not even see any item on the left which could show me the extensions that I own. I have to search and go to the page for my extension. Is it possible that my extension is not linked to my user account?

Hmmm... it must be due to the same email address used for both accounts.

I'll notify JeffG (our community site guru) and hopefully he can come up with a solution.

Actually, I just modified the SqliteManager page author to be "mkt", so this might be working now.

It works now.
